The annual Panorama Caribbean Steel drum festival is tomorrow at the 24th street stage on the oceanfront.  Please come out and support your KMS Pans of Steel at 11 am. The Virginia Beach Rhythm Project will also be performing at 10:20 am.  We hope to see you there, enjoying an awesome day of Caribbean bands from around the country

The Virginia Beach City Public Schools Parent Resource Center is offering an individualized workshop opportunity for parents that includes the basic process for the development of an Individualized Education Program to meet the educational needs of students with disabilities.  The goal is to provide information to parents, enabling the, to be informed participants in this team process.
